Pilot condemns ‘Vishkanya’ remark on Sonia, terms her strong leader

Jaipur: Former Deputy CM Sachin Pilot suddenly reached Speaker CP Joshi’s bungalow on Saturday. Pilot had a long discussion with Joshi. After holding the meet, Sachin Pilot gave a statement and said that he has old relation with Speaker Dr CP Joshi.

“I have informally met CP Joshi. A prasadi has been organized by CP Joshi in the evening and since it will not be possible for me to go to the program in the evening, so I met him right now,” he said.

Pilot condemned Sonia Gandhi being termed ‘Vish Kanya’ (venomous girl) and said, “Sonia ji has been the National President of Congress Party. She is a strong leader. This kind of language used for her is condemnable and shameful. Elections are in their place, but the level of language should not fall.”

Meanwhile, Sachin Pilot also spoke on the 3 new in-charges of AICC and said, “Elections are coming so they have been given the responsibility. I think it will be a good sign. I myself gave suggestions in AICC, that should also be implemented.”
