People of Nahargarh ESZ to get lease deeds

Jaipur: The path has been cleared for giving lease to thousands of people already settled in the eco-sensitive zones (ESZ) of the sanctuaries across the state under the PSKS campaign. According to the SC order, no new permanent construction should be done in the ESZ but no restriction is indicated on granting the lease for already constructed building. The Supreme Court had issued in an order that ESZ of Nahargarh Sanctuary in the JDA region, is 13 kilometres from zero to the boundary of the century. The authority had sought guidance from the State Forest dept on several points.
