PATWARI, VDO & TOUTS CAUGHT RED HANDED WITH BRIBE IN 2 ACB TRAPS

Jodhpur: The ACB Special team on Monday caught Patwari Dalsingh Meghwal of Baru village of Bap tehsil in Jodhpur district red-handed taking Rs5,000 bribe along with his broker Kundan Ram.

The accused patwari, who had earlier taken Rs2,000, was taking bribe in lieu of changing the name of ancestral land. ASP ACB Jodhpur Dr.

Durg Singh Rajpurohit said that Siddhraj Singh Vishnoi, a resident of Raneri village of Baap tehsil area, filed a complaint that Meghwal, through one of his brokers, demanded a bribe for the official work.

The ACB got the complaint verified on Feb 25 and held a trap and sent Singh with ` 5,000 on Monday.
