Palanhar Beneficiary Festival: Ensure preps on time, says CS

Jaipur: Chief Secretary Usha Sharma instructed officers that all necessary preparations for proposed Palanhar Beneficiary Festival on July 3 should be completed on time. She asked the officers to ensure that all eligible persons get benefit of the scheme. Sharma said that officers must ensure that increased assistance amount under is transferred to eligible persons.

State government has increased amount of monthly assistance for children in age group of 6 yrs from Rs 500 to Rs 750 and from Rs 1,000 to Rs 1500 for 6-18 yrs. Sharma has become more active after extension. Meetings are being held on Sundays as well. CS will chair a meeting on Sunday regarding Annapurna Food Packet Scheme.
