Palace on Wheels: The 2nd best luxury train in world

Jaipur: Luxury train ‘Palace on Wheels’ has been awarded as the 2nd best luxury train in the world by travel magazine Conde Nast Traveller. The luxury train figured in the list of Conde Nast Readers Choice Awards 2023.

“This award means a lot for our hard work as an O&M operator and the strong response from the tourists regarding the seven-star world class facilities in the train is very encouraging for us,” said Pradeep Bohra, General Manager of Palace on Wheels. Similarly, India’s Golden Chariot remained at 9th position while Maharaja’s Express ranked 12th. Likewise, in the category of luxury hotels, Jodhpur’s Umaid Bhawan Palace figured in the list of top 50 hotels of the world. Umaid Bhawan was ranked at 32nd in the top 50 hotels.
