Over Rs 2 crore recovered during CGST raids

Jaipur: Alwar Commissionerate of Central Goods and Services Tax Department has succeeded in unearthing huge technical evasion of GST through raids at six places in Alwar and Bhiwadi. Teams conducted raids on February 7 & 8 and officials collected a GST amount of more than two crores.

Raids were conducted at Trehan Home Developers of Alwar and its associate unit Trehan Apna Ghar Pvt. Ltd. and Oxirich Real Tours Pvt. Ltd. in Bhiwadi and two more real estate developers. During investigation, technical irregularities worth Rs 1 crore 62 lakh was found which the developers deposited on the spot.
