Organ transplant fake NOC case: Five-member committee to submit report in 15 days

Jaipur: The state government has issued an order and constituted a 5-member high level committee under the chairmanship of the Medical Education Commissioner to investigate the fake NOC case of human organ transplant in the state and the organ transplant case in a pvt hospital. This committee will submit investigation report in 15 days.

Shubhra Singh - Additional CS, Medical Education - said that in this high level committee constituted under the chairmanship of Medical Education Commissioner, Registrar Rajasthan Medical Council, Authorized Officer of Human Organ & Tissue Transplant, Senior Legal Consultant and Deputy Secretary Med Education are members & Nodal Officer-NOTP has been nominated as Member Secretary.

Committee will prepare SOP for monitoring of live transplant and will also give necessary suggestions.
