Online services to become easier for visitors

Jaipur: The booking system in Ranthambore Tiger Reserve will now be more transparent and it will be easier for the common man to book slots.

The tourist’s photo will also be on the ticket, waiting list will be completely eliminated and advance booking can also be done up to three months prior.

Transparent and accessible online ticket system is starting today and with this, Waiting list in online ticketing will end. The new system is being implemented under the supervision of Field Director Anup KR.

Web check-in and other facilities will start once the mobile app is ready. Some more innovations will be done with the help of DoIT in the next few weeks.

It may be noted that more than two and a half thousand tourists come to Ranthambore for safari every day.

There was a complaint that some hotels and private operators indulge in fraud in booking. To stop this, Field Director Anup KR has now made preparations to put the tourist’s photo on the ticket with the help of DoIT.

The field director said that changes have been made on the basis of tourist feedback system which will continue in the future as well.
