Online applications open for 140 coaching complexes from today: Arora

Jaipur: The Commissioner of Rajasthan Housing Board, Pawan Arora said that the process of online registration for 140 coaching complexes constructed in the first coaching hub project of the country being developed by the Board at Pratap Nagar, Jaipur will start from today. Those interested will be able to apply on the website of the Board www.urban. rajasthan.gov.in/rhb. The last date of application is August 25.

He added that the coaching institutes operating in Jaipur city would be given preference in allotment. Only registered institutions working in the field of coaching for at least 3 years will be able to apply. He said that the application fee for registration has been kept at Rs 5,000 (18%GST extra) and processing fee Rs 10,000 (18% GST extra). The built coaching complexes are divided into 6 categories on the basis of area. Any applicant can apply in any one category only. The preference of applicants will be determined through lottery in each category. After determining the preference, the allotment of institutional property to the successful applicants will be done through lottery only, Arora informed.

Arora said that after the lottery, the allotment letter would be issued and the institution would have the freedom to carry out the interior decoration work as per its requirement in the area allotted to it. 50% of the demand amount will have to be deposited within 120 days and the entire amount within 180 days from the date of issue of allotment letter. After depositing the entire amount duly, possession will be given to the institution. It will be mandatory to take action to run the institution within a period of 3 months from the date of getting the possession duly by the allottee. The Coaching Hub is being developed by the Board in two phases at Haldighati Marg Sector-16 of Pratap Nagar on 67,000 square meters of land at a cost of about Rs 228 crore. With this, about 65,000 to 70,000 students will get the benefit of educational facility. RHB Commissioner said that the process of registration started from Monday for allotment of 140 coaching complexes (assets) in 5 blocks constructed in the first phase. He said that in the first phase, the construction work of five institutional blocks, commercial complex of 90 shops and other development works like boundary wall, internal road etc. is nearing completion.
