Online application for membership of ‘Club House-21’ of Raj Aangan Yojana to begin from Jan 26

Jaipur: The online application process will be started from January 26 for the membership of ‘Club House-21’ to be built in Raj Aangan Yojana in Sector 24 of Rajasthan Housing Board’s Pratap Nagar Yojana in Jaipur.

RHB Commissioner Pawan Arora said in a meeting held with Raj Aangan Society members and concerned officials at Board’s headquarters on Thursday that the topmost priority for the Board is to make the club more comfortable by starting the club’s membership process. He said that a 7-member screening committee has also been constituted for the selection of applications.

The Commissioner added that about 1,500 members can be made in the Club. “Out of these, 900 associate members and 25 NRIs with membership fee of Rs 3 lakh for PIO OCI members, Rs 5 lakh for corporate members, allottees of Raj Aangan Yojana, quesi members and honorary members will be given free membership,” Arora said.

Arora further informed, “20 % concession will be given to officers of Central & State Govts in the membership fee of the club and 10 % concession will be given to the allottees of Jaipurbased Housing Board schemes. The officers of the Urban Development and Housing Department, who are currently working on deputation in the Housing Board, and the members of the Board of Directors, have been fixed at a membership fee of Rs 25,000.”

Notably, 25 rooms will be built in Club House 21, which will be developed on the basis of international standards, where along with sports facilities, bar, allweather swimming pool etc. will be developed.

“On the basis of private participation, a link road will be built connecting the carriageway of Haldighati Road to Club 21 & entire area will be beautified by developing an island on remaining land. Separate entry & exit gates will be made. All necessary facilities including decorations, furnitures, will be developed at the Club-21” he said.
