NOW 21ST CONSERVATION RESERVE

Jaipur: Taking another big step in the forest sector, the state forest department has notified Jhalana and Amagarh as conservation reserves that it is now the 21st Conservation Reserve in the state.

There was a wave of happiness in the department. More excitement was seen among the the officers associated with Jaipur and the range officer of Jhalana, Janeshwar Chowdhary. The trio of Additional Chief Secretary Shikhar Aggarwal, Principal Chief Conservator of Forests and HoFF Dr DN Pandey, and PCCF and Chief Wildlife Warden Arindam Tomar is taking initiatives for the Forest department.

Despite being in middle of the capital & the movement of over 60 leopards in both the leopard reserves, no untoward incident has happened.
