‘No laxity in deciding upon Board’s interest, new recruitments soon’

Jaipur: The Commissioner of Rajasthan Housing Board, Pawan Arora has given instructions to start the recruitment process of 311 personnel in the Board at the earliest. He has said that by completing the process of issuance of LOI and selection of recruitment agency within two weeks, the shortage of personnel in the division would be removed soon. “All the officers and employees of the division are part of team RHB. With this spirit, no shortfall will be kept in taking all necessary positive decisions in the interest of the Housing Board and the employees,” The RHB Commissioner expressed his views on various issues related to the board’s interest with the officials of the Rajasthan Housing Board Employees’ Union in the board room on Thursday. On the 17-point demand letter with the union officials, talks were held in a cordial atmosphere for about one and a half hours, in which, almost all the demands were agreed upon between the Board’s administration and the Union.

The officers of the Union stressed on the need to establish a land bank in the division and speedy disposal of land acquisition cases. The RHB Commissioner said that proposals for land were received at places like Jaipur, Udaipur, Niwai, Pali etc. on which consent has been given in a meeting held recently under the chairmanship of Principal Secretary, Urban Development. In the meeting, the Union officials thanked the Board’s administration for depositing a lump sum of Rs 13 crore in the pension fund and leave salary fund of the employees.
