NO CONFUSION ON LEADERSHIP IN RAJ, NO DICTATORSHIP, SAYS RAHUL

On the OPS, he said “We leave it to the States to implement OPS. This is not my journey but people’s journey, Rahul stressed. He said that people love Congress. On the question of face in Rajasthan, Rahul said the strength of the workers here is unmatched. If the lower level leaders are used well then the elections will be won, he said. Interestingly, on question of factionalism in party, he said that it is a good thing to have discussions, but the party should not suffer. He said that we do not silence anyone by intimidation. “There is rhetoric and little discussion in Congress, which is a good thing. Not only in Rajasthan, it is practiced in other states as well. We think that there should not be much loss to party, if there is loss then we take action. The general ideology is that if party people want to speak, they do not make them silent by intimidation,” he said. When asked as to under whose leadership will the next elections be held, Rahul avoided this question and said that Congress President Kharge should be asked this question. He’s the president, not me, he said. On the question of indecision after notice to three leaders on political rebellion, Congress leader Rahul said, “there is no condition of indecision. It keeps happening.”
