NIA court sends all seven accused to jail till Jan 2

Jaipur: The NIA court has sent seven criminals involved in the Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi murder case to jail until January 2 on Monday. On orders of the court, NIA had taken into its custody the case diary and the accused related to the murder four days ago. After this, NIA is interrogating all the arrested criminals at its level in Sodala police station.

The team presented Nitin Fauji, Rohit Rathore, Ramveer Jat, Sumit, Rahul, Bhavani alias Ronnie, Udham Singh in the NIA court on Monday. The police have arrested the two shooters, Rohit Rathore and Nitin Fauji, and the accused who supported them in the murder of Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi.

Keeping the security reasons in mind, due to this being a sensitve case, shooter Rohit Rathore, Nitin Fauji, and another accused were brought in one vehicle, while the remaining accused Ramveer Jat, Udham Sain, Bhavani Singh, Rahul, and Sumit were brought in another vehicle.

The NIA team had put handcuffs on shooter Rohit Rathore and Nitin Fauji and held thier hands while waling them to the court toprevent any untoward incident.

Prior to presenting them in court, a special police team took control of the courthouse an hour in advance as part of security measures.
