New supdt takes charge at SMS

Jaipur: Dr. Sushil Bhati, a senior faculty member at SMS Hospital, took over as the Acting Superintendent of the esteemed institution on Wednesday. Dr. Achal Sharma, the former Superintendent, handed over the reins to Dr. Bhati, extending his best wishes for his tenure.

Expressing his vision for the hospital, Dr. Bhati emphasized his commitment to strengthening medical facilities at Sawai Man Singh Hospital, the largest hospital in the state. He reiterated his goal to ensure that healthcare services at the hospital are bolstered further.

Senior medical officials from SMS were present on the occasion to witness the transition of responsibilities. In an exclusive interview with First India, Dr. Sushil Bhati shared insights into his plans for the hospital. He acknowledged the significant strides made in recent years but stressed the need for continuous improvement, a goal he aims to achieve in collaboration with the hospital team. “Considerable progress has been made in the hospital in recent years, but there is always room for improvement.
