New RAS transfer list focuses on govt’s commitment towards PSKS

Jaipur: In the post mortem of 27 RAS transfers, the seriousness of the government regarding the slow progress of the Prashasan Shehron Ke Sang campaign, as per the target, can be seen. Major posts of urban bodies or posts related to lease distribution were taken care of in the transfers. In this regard, Rajni Singh has been appointed on the vacant post of Additional Commissioner of Land Management in Jaipur. This move is being seen as government’s commitment towards the campaign. Similarly, the vacant post of Land Management Officer in Jodhpur has been filled through the transfer of Anil Kumar Poonia.

Furthermore , transfer of Suresh Kumar Yadav on the important post of ADM in Bharatpur, is also being seen as a move in this connection. Similarly, the transfer of Ravindra Kumar to JDA Jodhpur is also being considered in the same context along with transfer of Ekta Kabra to the post of SDO in Sanganer in Jaipur and 11 SDOs. Moreover, posting of APO Manilal Tiragar in Jaisalmer to Assistant Commissioner Colonization is also being linked with this. So at the same time, the intention of cancelling the transfer of Santosh Goyal from the post of Commissioner of Jaipur Greater Municipal Corporation is also being taken in the same way. Notably, most of the transfers were based on public representatives’ opinion & performance in PSKS drive was also a criteria for transfer. Interestingly, Vivek Kumar’s previous transfer has been changed after about 3 months. He was transferred on April 26, as CEO, Churu Zila Parishad, while he held the same post from Feb 11, 2013 to Oct 13, 2014. In such a situation, it was considered necessary to give a post in view of his seniority in 8 years. And finally, after about 3 months, he has been transferred. Now, he has been given the responsibility of Secretary of Social Welfare Board. The recommendation to appoint him as CEO Churu was withdrawn.

Another official, Hemant Swaroop Mathur will take over as Zila Parishad CEO in Ajmer. In fact, through transfers, important posts of DS, Addl Director & Secretary level in departments have been filled as Vivek Kumar has been appointed as Secretary in Social Welfare Board in Jaipur, while Hemaram Yadav is appointed Secretary, Minorities Commission. Akash Ranjan has been made DS to education group 6 from elementary education while Mohammad Salim Khan in Tourism Dept & SS Shekhawat is appointed as Addl Director in Child Empowerment Department. Rajveer Singh Choudhary has been appointed Registrar of Shekhawati University, while Ratan Lal Yogi became Assistant Commissioner in Devasthan Department.
