New destinations proposed from Jpr

Jaipur: Airlines cos have evinced their interest to operate direct flights connecting Jaipur airport to five new domestic and three international destinations in the summer schedule effective from March 31, 2024. Indigo airline proposed new routes connecting Jaipur to Amritsar, Ayodhya and Vadodara while Air India Express and Alliance Air have proposed to operate on Guwahati and Chandigarh route respectively. Similarly, Air Asia Berhad, Air India Express & Etihad Airways have proposed to offer direct connectivity to Kuala Lumpur, Suvarnabhumi Airport Bangkok & Abu-Dhabi respectively.

“Airlines have expressed interest in operating flights on new domestic and international air routes. flight frequencies will also witness an exponential rise in the summer schedule. Passenger traffic is constantly increasing at Jaipur airport and now we are marching ahead with expected summer travel boom,” the airport official said. The final Schedule will come out by end of this month, he said.

Meanwhile most of the airline companies have already decided to increase the flight frequencies from the coming summer schedule.
