Munesh summoned by ACB; Gurjar front claims political conspiracy

Jaipur: In a significant development in the case involving Jaipur Heritage Municipal Corporation Mayor Munesh Gurjar, the department has issued a notice to her. Vinod Purohit, the Deputy Director, is conducting an internal investigation of the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) trap and Munesh Gurjar has been summoned to appear for a hearing within the next three days. She is required to present herself before the Deputy Director for the proceedings within stipulated time.

Meanwhile, Akhand Bharat Gurjar Mahasabha national president in a press conference of Sarv Samaj at the Pink City Press Club said, “A political conspiracy is being plotted against mayor Munesh Gurjar. This conspiracy has been hatched to satisfy his political ego. This conspiracy has been planned by Sudhanshu Dhillon on the cue of former minister.” The photos of the former minister and Dhillon were shown in the press conference. It was said that this is being done to take revenge by the former minister for losing in the elections.

He said, “I have written a letter to the chief minister to get the entire case investigated by a high-level committee.” He said it would be unfair if she is suspended without the investigation. The national president also added that if any decision is taken in haste then will have to face its consequences. Till the investigation is not done there should be no action like suspension, he added.
