MONSOON MAYHEM!

Mandi/Jaipur/New Delhi: A traffic jam at least 15 km-long, no hotel room available and no clue on how long the wait will be -- 200-odd people, most of them tourists, are living a nightmare after they were stranded due to a block on national highway connecting Mandi and Kullu in Himachal. 83 roads, including 2 NHs, blocked in hill state, Mandi worst hit with traffic disrupted on 35 roads. The road was reopened after 7 hours of restoration work. Whereas, more than 18 districts of Udaipur, Kota, Bikaner, Jaipur divisions received 1 to 5 inches of rain on Monday.
