Modi, Shah & top officials to participate: CM

Jaipur: Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma took the second high level review meeting of the preparations for the 58th All India Conference of Director Generals (DG) and Inspector Generals (IG) of Police at CMO on Monday. He said PM Modi and HM Shah along with DGP and senior officers of the Centre and states will participate in the conference. He gave directions to all the departmental officers related to conference to take special care of small needs including accommodation, security, transportation, catering, tourism. He said that all preparations should be ensured in a timely manner. “In the conference, preparations should be rehearsed on all the VIP routes from Jaipur Airport to MLA residence, Rajasthan International Centre, tourist places and backup plans should be kept ready. Hoardings related to the art and culture of Rajasthan should be put up at various places from the MLA residence to inside and outside the RIC, so that this conference becomes memorable for the visitors. Inform the general public about the traffic arrangements during the conference in advance through newspapers and social media,” Sharma said.
