Mines department to auction 53 limestone blocks simultaneously

Jaipur: Under the leadership of CM Bhajan Lal Sharma, the mines department for the first time will auction 53 limestone blocks simultaneously. If the online auction of all the blocks is successful, the state will earn several thousand crores. Earlier, Madhya Pradesh had auctioned 51 blocks simultaneously.

Out of these 53 blocks, 51 blocks were auctioned in Nagaur district alone and one block each in Chittor and Jaisalmer. If the auction is successful, everyone’s mining lease will be issued. Permission would be granted to resume the auction of 26 blocks which were postponed earlier. Auction will resume for composite licenses of these 26 blocks.
