MIN PSK, CS FLAG OFF GREEN MARATHON

Jaipur: On the occasion of World Environment Day, a run for environment marathon was organised in Jaipur on Sunday. The marathon was flagged off by Food and Civil Supplies Minister Pratap Singh Khachariyawas and Chief Secretary Usha Sharma.

The marathon was jointly organised by the Department of Environment and Climate Change and Pollution Control Board.

Cabinet Minister Pratap Singh Khachriyawas said, “In today’s fast-moving world, we all need to think about the environment. If our environment is saved, then only we are safe. All of us must plant a tree.”

Similarly, Chief Secretary Usha Sharma too suggested measures to minimise pollution.
