Min Kharra promises legal action after SOG completes investigation
Jaipur: Regarding the the alleged irregularities in the operations of Jaipur’s Rambagh Golf Club, the UDH Minister Jhabar Singh Kharra on Monday said in the House that it will be investigated by the Special Operations Group (SOG). Responding to BJP MLA Kalicharan Saraf who raised the issue of alleged corruption in the operation of the Golf Club through call attention motion during the question hour, Kharra announced an investigation by SOG.
The minister further said, “If the SOG investigates, all the names will come out and we will take effective legal action against whoever has done the wrong.” The minister further said, “If the SOG investigates, all the names will come out and we will take effective legal action against whoever has done the wrong.” Kharra said that recently the management committee had held an AGM meeting, in which there was an attempt to change the constitution but when it came to his notice, the meeting was postponed.
Congress MLA Govind Singh Dotasra praised the reply by the minister and pointed out that not a single officer related to the department is present in gallery. On this, Speaker Vasudev Devnani said that the government should ensure the presence of officials in the gallery.
