Mercury drops in parts of Rajasthan
Jaipur: Parts of Rajasthan recorded minimum temperatures below 10 degrees Celsius on Saturday morning, with Sikar and Mount Abu being the coldest at 5 degrees Celsius, a meteorological department spokesperson said.
The mercury settled at 5.6 degrees Celsius in Churu, 5.7 degrees Celsius in Sangaria, 6.3 degrees Celsius in Pilani, 6.6 degrees in Alwar and 7.9 degrees in Karauli.
Sriganganagar recorded a low of 8 degrees Celsius, Bhilwara 8.6 degrees Celsius, Chittorgarh 8.7 degrees and Ajmer 8.8 degrees Celsius.
