Meena discusses ‘land allottment to IMT’

Jaipur: Principal Secretary UDH KL Meena on Monday took a meeting of the Screening Committee constituted under the allocation policy. Discussions on land allotment to Indian Medical Trust were held and it was decided to conduct a survey of the entire land. According to the survey report, the matter will be considered because it will be clear in the report how much of the land falls in drain or submerge area. The trust has demanded 47.5 hectares of land in Jugalpura village near NIMS university on Jaipur- Delhi Road to set up the University of Health Sciences. However, some of the area is falling under drainage. The JDA has sent a proposal for the allotment of 27 hectares of land to the state government for approval.
