Martyr Babulal’s last rites done with full State honour
Jaipur: The mortal remains of Babulal Haritwal Jat (38) of Jaipur, who was martyred on Friday in Kulgam, Jammu and Kashmir reached Manoharpur on Sunday. A Tricolour procession was taken out and villagers paid tribute by showering flowers.
MP Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore paid tribute to the martyr amid thousands of people gathered around. The last rites were performed with full state honour. Cabinet Minister Pratap Singh Khachariyawas also paid tribute to the martyr.
The family of Babulal and his elder brother Bhairulal live together in the village. Babulal is survived by his wife, Kamlesh Devi Chaudhary and two sons Vishal (18) and Vishesh (14). Vishal is preparing for NEET in Sikar, while younger son is in 11th.
On Friday, terrorists fired at the army tent in the Halan forests of Kulgam in Kashmir, in which 3 soldiers were injured. The injured soldiers were admitted to a hospital in Srinagar, where all were martyred on Friday night.
