Marketing gimmick or ‘fraud’ act? Builder’s viral video raises ‘interest’!

Jaipur: A new trend has started in the real estate market of Jaipur. A video of a builder has gone viral in the market which has ‘shocked’ the mathematics of real estate as now agreement of flat, shop, house is being done on a Rs 500 note and once the deal is completed, builder is seen in the video asking to tear the Rs 500 note while claiming that registration will happen later.

Interestingly, the viral video of SSBC director Madan Yadav has surfaced. A commercial project is being built at Jawahar Circle and SSBC builders are selling commercial projects without RERA registration. Notably, earlier the land was allotted for petrol pump and JDA had passed commercial maps in the name of Delhi businessman Manjit Singh Chadda. But currently the project is not registered with RERA.

When contacted, Yadav said that project is not registered with RERA and it is not being sold for now. Yadav denied any knowledge about the video.
