Mani Shankar Aiyar’s love for Pakistan comes to fore at JLF

Jaipur: Veteran Congress leader Mani Shankar Aiyar’s admiration for Pakistan has once again come to the fore.

Aiyar was speaking at the Jaipur Literature Festival (JLF), at Darbal Hall. He said that there should have been a table discussion between India and Pakistan on the Kashmir issue. India dares to carry out surgical strikes but does not dare to talk to Pakistan at the table.

Aiyar said that I had talked to former Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf regarding Kashmir.

The Congress leader had four important suggestions regarding the solution of Kashmir issue. Don’t know why this issue was not discussed.

Earlier in this interview, Congress leader Aiyar had said that if Pakistan wants to have bilateral talks with India, then it will first have to remove the Narendra Modi government and bring us (Congress).

Bilateral talks with Pakistan are not possible without removing Modi. However, after the uproar in the media, Congress distanced itself from Congress leader’s statement.
