Major error in Constitution Park found days after inauguration
Jaipur: Just four days after its inauguration by Governor Kalraj Mishra, a significant error has been discovered at the newly built Constitution Park in Rajasthan University, which cost 3 crores.
The park features a Constitution pillar detailing all 22 parts of the Indian Constitution. However, the university made a major mistake regarding the parts of the Constitution. Part 17 (Articles 343-351) should describe the official language of the Union of States, while Part 18 (Articles 352-360) covers emergency provisions. The university incorrectly mentioned emergency provisions under Part 17.
Despite multiple inspections and a dedicated committee reviewing every content of the park, this glaring error was overlooked. Nobody noticed the mistake during the inauguration. The inauguration on June 19 was attended by the Governor, Higher Education Minister Dr. Prem Chand Bariwa, and RU VC Professor Alpana Kateja.
