Madan Rathore plans revamp of BJP’s public hearings; Nodal officer to oversee complaints
Jaipur: BJP state president Madan Rathore has planned to resume the public hearing programme at the BJP state headquarters after the upcoming assembly byelections. A nodal officer will be appointed at the government level, who will be in direct contact with the BJP state headquarters. The officer will be connected with the government’s public grievance redressal system and also monitor every complaint received during the programme. The nodal officer will also be responsible for keeping the BJP office informed about the status of each complaint.
The party will have detailed records of whether the work was resolved or not. Before starting the hearing programme, Rathore will discuss the matter formally with CM Bhajan Lal Sharma.
