Lumpy: Shekhawat inspects Gaushala in Jodhpur, assures help

Jodhpur: Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat visited a gaushala in Nandadi area during his Jodhpur visit and took feedback about the lumpy skin disease among cows.

He met the local people and assured them all possible help. The Minister was accompanied by Vanita Seth, mayor of Jodhpur south municipal corporation, counscilors and other leaders of the party.

Shekhawat tweeted about the visit and said that he is monitoring the situation so that there is no shortage of medicines.

The minister also visited Kishangarhbas and addressed the party workers there. He said that the people are fed up with the Congress rule and are eagerly waiting to vote out the present government.

The minister said that it appears that the state government has handed over the state to mafias.

“Saints are committing self-immolation, atrocities against women and Dalits have increased and the state government is not bothered,” he said.

On Eastern Rajasthan Canal Project (ERCP), he said that the central government gave the state Rs 29000 crore for drinking water but only Rs 4000 crore was spent.
