Leopard Conservation Authority in state soon!

Jaipur: Rajasthan is going to become the first state in the country where Leopard Conservation Authority will be formed. Due to the increasing number of leopards, the forest dept is working on a special plan for leopard conservation. Sunil Mehta, a member of the State Wildlife Board, had also recently suggested to constitute a Leopard Conservation Authority. The Forest Dept has taken this suggestion seriously and has prepared a draft for the formation of authority.
