Land to over 80 institutions, ways for livelihood promotions

Jaipur: State Cabinet was held at the Chief Minister’s residence on Sunday under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot. In the meeting, decisions were taken to form Rajasthan Logistical Service Delivery Corporation to protect the interests of contract workers, to increase promotion opportunities for chargeable personnel and to approve the draft of Rajasthan Waqf Rules-2023, allotment of land and property to more than 80 social institutions. Many important decisions were approved including giving a government job to the victim of the incident.

Now the practice of appointing personnel on contract in government departments through placement agencies will stop in Rajasthan for which the Cabinet decided formation of RLSDC as a government company by registering it under the Companies Act-2013.
