Krishna: CM has connected sports directly with jobs in Raj

Jaipur: State Sports Council’s chairperson Krishna Poonia on Saturday said players of state no longer need to worry about future as CM Ashok Gehlot has taken a unique initiative to connect sportspersons directly with employment.

She said players representing Raj and medal winners have been given government jobs through out-of-turn policy and two percent reservation.

“It is only through sports that a player can achieve honor and prestige,” Poonia said while speaking at the inauguration ceremony of the 62nd Central Residential Training Camp held in indoor hall of SMS.

DG ACB B L Soni was special guest, said to players there is no substitute for hard work.

ADG Intelligence Umesh Mishra also addressed the players.
