Kirodi & Rathore clash ahead of Murmu meet

Jaipur: Senior BJP leaders clashed on Wednesday during the welcoming program of NDA’s presidential candidate Draupadi Murmu. BJP Rajya Sabha MP Kirodi Lal Meena slammed Deputy Leader of Opposition Rajendra Rathore for not giving entry to some leaders & workers of tribal districts in program. In response, Rathore also advised Kirodi to improve his tone.

The debate between the two leaders continued for long. The matter increased so much that Union Jal Shakti Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat intervened and got the matter pacified. At the same time, the Congress took a jibe at the mutual tussle between the BJP leaders.

At the airport itself, Kirodi termed that a crowd of sychophants had been gathered and named few pasty leaders as well while questioning as to who asks for passes from those have come from hundreds of kilometers.

However, after this incident, MP Kirodi Lal Meena clarified by tweeting that there is no bad blood between him and Rajendra Rathore. “It was natural for an emotional person like me to get angry if tribal workers who came to Jaipur from Dungarpur-Banswara did not get entry into the program”.
