Kirodi demands CM to act against graft cases; warns of ED probe

Jaipur: BJP Rajya Sabha MP Kirodi Lal Meena on Sunday, targeted the State government over corruption charges. Along with the ministers, most of the MLAs, and officers have looted Rajasthan heavily, he said in a press conference at the BJP Headquarters here on Sunday. Meena demanded CM Gehlot to take action in corruption cases and also warned of ED investigation if he did not do so.

Meena said that ED has registered a case on his complaint in the Rs 66,000 crore mines scam. “If ED does proper investigation in this, then big ministers and bureaucrats mafia will be caught,” he said. Meena said action was taken against two firms, Shyam Tubewell and Ganpati Tubewell Company, to which tenders worth Rs 900 crore were given in Jal Jeevan Mission.

There is another case like this in which tenders of Rs 900 crore were given in collusion. Meena said that Mangilal Vishnoi, Vishnu Prakash Pungolia, GR Infra have been given work worth Rs 1,300 cr without any qualification by using forged documents. Meena also spoke about the corruption in the DoIT.
