Jolt to JDA on Jawahar circle development

Jaipur: JDA Appellate Tribunal on Monday ordered an interim stay on the auction of JDA’s 7,100 square meter commercial land located at Jawahar Circle. While hearing the application of the appellant Pushpendra Kumar Mukim, tribunal has asked the JDA whether the Bisalpur and sewerage pipeline passing under the disputed plot will have an adverse effect on construction. Along with this, the tribunal asked on what technical grounds earlier proposed Gol Market scheme was canceled. It was said in application that auction of 7100 square meter land of Khasra No. 93 and 94 located on Jawahar Circle is proposed on Nov 16. Next hearing in case is on Jan 11.
