JEn held in Jpr; staffer of municipality in Churu

Jaipur/Churu: The Jaipur ACB caught JEn Rajesh Mahala on Wednesday while taking bribe of Rs 7,500 in lieu of issuing an electricity connection. The complainant had given a complaint in ACB headquarters that JEn sub-station Amarsar Shahpura Rajesh Mahala demanded Rs 20,000 for issuing electricity connection on agricultural land and house.

ADG ACB Hemant Priyadarshy said the complaint was verified under the supervision of DIG Dr. Ravi and under the direction of ASP Balram Meena of the ACB Jaipur. CI Moolchand Meena executed the trap action after complaint verification.

An official of Churu’s Rajaldesar Nagar Palika was arrested by ACB for taking a bribe of Rs 10,000. Deepak Sankhla, community organizer (CO) in Nagar Palika, had demanded the bribe for clearing the due bills.
