JDC inspects MLA quarters before auction

Jaipur: JDA is expecting to collect more than Rs 250 crores from the auction of the land of MLA residences in Jalupura. JDA Commissioner Ravi Jain inspected the spot and reviewed the preparations for the auction.

The JDA has made a planning of a total of 34, 467 square meters of land in Jalupura where old MLA quarters were located. The auction of the land is expected to fetch more than Rs 250 crore to the JDA’s coffers. Ravi Jain along with top officials reached the spot today to see development works going on there.

In the scheme of the land, three roads have been proposed. Of them, which were 45-wide earlier have been widened to 80 feet while the width of the third road is proposed to be 60 feet.
