JDA’s Knowledge City South scheme can be a boon

Jaipur: The Jaipur Development Authority’s Knowledge City South scheme can be a boon for the area of 300 square kilometer radius of the authority focuses on the plan then the area can be uplifted. UDH advisor GS Sandhu himself believes the importance of the scheme and he instructed the JDA officials in the review meeting regarding the development of the scheme. The road network here was planned under the direction of Sandhu himself.

The focus was on direct connectivity from Tonk Road in the plan. He recommended early construction of two proposed sector roads and the plan was sent to JDA for implementation. But till now JDA has taken action on this plan.

The JDA had proposed this scheme in 2010 on Chittora Road located at Diggi Malpura Road. The JDA initially made some roads here and after that the development work of this scheme has come to a standstill.
