JDA to set up 2 new colonies near Sirsi

Jaipur: JDA will create two new residential colonies near Sirsi. JDA has approved these plans in meeting of PWC. JDA will allot plots in both these housing schemes through auction. Schemes will have residential as well as commercial plots. At same time, Rs 6 cr was also approved for renovation of roads in city. JDA Commissioner Ravi Jain said that two new schemes created in Zone 12 were approved to be created in about 12,000 square meters. In the scheme, 4505 sqm land has been reserved for residential, 554 sqm for commercial, & 9194 sqm land for other use.
