JDA to change master plan of Jaipur City

Jaipur: In what could be termed a major development regarding the master plan of Jaipur City, JDA has started an exercise after the removal of the code of conduct to change the master plan. In this regard, exercise has been initiated regarding roads 60 feet or more wide and shown as mixed or commercial on the corner plots of those roads. It is proposed to give mixed or commercial land use on these plots also. Similarly, mixed and commercial land use is prohibited on plots located on both sides of the flyover and on the railway overbridge. But JDA has issued notification for change in this asking for objections and suggestions.
