JDA seals illegal factory operating from residential plot in Kishanpura

Jaipur: The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) enforcement team has sealed a factory operating illegally on a residential plot in Kishanpura village, located in the Jeerota area. The operation was carried out under the direction of Chief Enforcement Controller Mahendra Sharma.

The factory, which was constructed and operating on a plot designated for the Vinayak Residency, was found in violation of zoning regulations. Today, the enforcement team took the necessary steps to seal the premises, halting the factory’s operations.

This action highlights JDA’s commitment to enforcing land use regulations and ensuring compliance with city planning and zoning laws in residential areas.
