JDA says project may complete by Navratra

Jaipur: The Sodala Elevated Road may be inaugurated this Navratra as the JDA has set a deadline to complete the work by September 20. The project will be inaugurated by CM Ashok Gehlot. The foundation stone of this project was laid in the year 2016 during the time of the previous BJP government. The objective of this project is to provide a high speed corridor connecting Tonk Road directly to Ajmer Road in the heart of the city. The first deadline to complete this project was January 2019. But the project got delayed due to two waves of the Corona epidemic and the financial conditions of the contracting firm. But due to the efforts of JDA Commissioner Ravi Jain, the traffic police got permission to work round the clock to complete the project work.
