JDA holds meeting for new master plan till 2047

Jaipur: The Jaipur Development Authority held a pre-bid meeting on Monday regarding the new master plan of Jaipur until the year 2047. The JDA has invited tenders for this. Representatives of seven-eight firms participated in the meeting.

Suggestions were given regarding changes in the conditions of the tender and the eligibility of the firm. Other suggestions included reducing the turnover of the firm to six crore instead of 25 crore, reducing the condition of master plan for population of 40 lakhs, no 0.5% penalty on change of key staff, doing away with the condition of employing only permanent employees, including having work experience in last 10 years instead of last five years and others.
