Jaipur Int’l Airport at 11th spot in flight operations

Jaipur: Figures of January show that Jaipur airport stood at number 11 in flight operations and number 12 in passenger load. Guwahati and Lucknow were behind Jaipur. An average of 64 flights departed daily from the Jaipur airport. A total of 3,978 flights operated in January while the passenger load was 4.77 lakh.

Air connectivity increased because of the tourist season and Jaipur is connected to 20 cities of the country.

New Delhi is on top in flight operations while Mumbai is on second, Bengaluru at number three, Hyderabad at number four, Chennai at number five, Kolkata at number six, Ahmedabad at number seven, Pune at number eight, Goa at number nine, Cochin at number 10 and Jaipur at number 11.

Meanwhile, New Delhi airport topped in passenger load, followed by Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Cochin, Goa, Pune, Lucknow and Jaipur.
