Jaipur collector’s drive to clear blocked roads begins today
Jaipur: In an effort to address long-standing issues related to blocked pathways, Jaipur district will launch a special initiative ‘Rasta Kholo’ campaign from Friday.
District Collector Dr. Jitendra Kumar Soni has initiated this innovative program, with the goal of making it easier for public to access essential routes & ease administrative processes.
The campaign aims to improve access to villages, fields, and hamlets while reducing the number of cases filed in courts related to road disputes.
“The purpose of this campaign is to provide relief to the common people and reduce the number of lawsuits filed in courts regarding road disputes,” Soni said. The campaign will start with a target to open at least three blocked roads each week. Once the roads are reopened, gravel or concrete roads will be built.
