‘Ill’ accused forces emergency landing of an Indigo flight
Jaipur: An accused being taken by the police in a flight forced for emergency landing of an Indigo aircraft at Jaipur International Airport on Friday. The aircraft had taken off from Chandigarh and was flying to Mumbai.
The accused identified as Shubham Patil told cops that his health deteriorated & feigned that his left part of the body wasn’t working. However, he only suffered from high BP and was discharged within half an hour from the EHCC Hospital. The Air Traffic Control at Jaipur Airport received a message at 7 am. The flight got delayed by about an hour. Cops were taking Shubham to Mumbai for probe. The flight was further heading to Nagpur.
