IIFA 2025 will enhance tourism in Rajasthan: Dy CM Diya Kumari

Jaipur: The state tourism is expected to gain from Rising Rajasthan and IIFA events. Thirty crore tourists are expected to arrive in the state next year. Besides, film tourism will increase, new employment opportunities will be generated and travel trade will get a boost.

IIFA is expected to be organised in Jaipur from the tourism and industry point of view. According to tourism industry experts, the arrival of celebrities will increase the demand for domestic and international tourists. Jaipur Literature Festival is the most prominent international-level event organised in Jaipur so far.

For the last six months, as per the wishes of Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, a series of events have been organised to promote tourism in Rajasthan.

It was after several rounds of discussions of Diya Kumari with famous actors, producers, directors and the officials of IIFA that it was decided that IIFA would organize its Silver Jubilee Award function in Jaipur.

Tourism Secretary Ravi Jain, Addl Director of Tourism Dept Rakesh Sharma, Rajesh Joshi of IIFA and many officials of Tourism and Archaeology Dept were present.
