I-T dept to open 25 lockers at Ganpati Plaza everyday

Jaipur: The Income Tax Department has intensified its action on the private lockers in Ganpati Plaza. The team has now started calling 25 locker holders everyday by issuing notices. It is said that on Monday, 20 locker holders appeared before the IT Department.

Notably, cash worth Rs 2 cr 46 lakh was found in two lockers on Saturday. In last 10 days, Rs 1.25 crore and about two kilos of gold have been taken out from the lockers opened so far, while more than 200 lockers are yet to be opened.
